The project\u2019s progress and its key aim were discussed \u00a0\u2013 developing a training program for women and educators at informal education institutions for adults, focusing on entrepreneurship, project management and digital skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA combination of three segments: project management, digital literacy and entrepreneurship is what makes our learning strategy innovative and unique,\u201d says Inga Zemaitiene, project manager from Lithuania. \u201cInstead of teaching each of these subjects separately, our training combines them into a single, coherent course, which focuses on communication, creativity, critical thinking and digital skills, without which professional success is unimaginable,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>The training program will be developed in five languages and tested in institutions for the informal education of adults in the beginning of next year.<\/p>\n<p>The project focuses on improving skills of women according to changes of the job market in a digital world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The second meeting of Entrepreneurial Skills For Woman In A Digital World, financed by the Erasmus+ fund, project partners from Lithuania, Greece, Germany and Slovenia was held in Greece between July 16 and 17, 2019.
