The second meeting of Entrepreneurial Skills For Woman In A Digital World, financed by the Erasmus+ fund, project partners from Lithuania, Greece, Germany and Slovenia was held in Greece between July 16 and 17, 2019. The project’s progress and its key aim were discussed – developing a training program for women and educators at informal education institutions for adults, focusing on entrepreneurship, project management and digital skills.
“A combination of three segments: project management, digital literacy and entrepreneurship is what makes our learning strategy innovative and unique,” says Inga Zemaitiene, project manager from Lithuania. “Instead of teaching each of these subjects separately, our training combines them into a single, coherent course, which focuses on communication, creativity, critical thinking and digital skills, without which professional success is unimaginable,” she added.
The training program will be developed in five languages and tested in institutions for the informal education of adults in the beginning of next year.
The project focuses on improving skills of women according to changes of the job market in a digital world.
